Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout — most packages currently ship for a $30 flat rate. Free standard shipping may be offered on selected orders (typically over CA$249.99 in Canada / US$209.99 in the USA), unless the product page states otherwise. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. We ship by courier — no delivery to P.O. boxes.
Extended areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador) always carry a $50 surcharge per order. Expedited shipping quotes are available at checkout — contact us before ordering and we’ll quote it; expedited service to extended areas is quoted case by case.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong part, we make it right at our expense: free replacement parts shipped rapidly, or a pre-paid return shipping label for a full exchange or refund — your choice.
Standard Returns (Changed Mind / Wrong Fitment Ordered)
New, uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. You purchase your own return shipping label. A 20% Inspection & Repackaging Fee is deducted from your refund to cover unboxing, inspection, and recertification labor.
Used or Damaged Returns
Items returned scratched, previously installed, or missing hardware (keys, brackets, rubber strips) are subject to a deduction of up to 50% from the refund, depending on severity.
How to Start a Return
Contact customer service with your order number and reason. We’ll confirm the return address and any prepaid label before you ship anything — unauthorized returns may be refused.
